Approach

Built a three-tier resilience architecture: process auto-restart, application-level graceful degradation, and infrastructure warm standby. Memory graph auto-generates relationship edges using local LLMs.

Outcome

Production system running continuously on Apple Silicon. 2,400+ memories with 12,000+ auto-generated edges. Sub-3ms query latency. Zero cloud dependencies.
